By creating an account, downloading or using our apps, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is incorporated by reference where applicable.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- If you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
2. Nature of the Services (not professional advice)
- The Services may include tax calculators, Financial Modeling Studio-style guided modeling (for example, linked statements, valuation and scenario workflows), Future Value Studio and related future-value or post-tax wealth tools, costing, educational content, document-related features, and similar functionality. Specific product names and features (including those described on our website or in-app) may change, be renamed, or roll out by region.
- Save Tax Global does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Outputs are for general information and planning assistance only.
- Tax laws and rules change and vary by country and region. You are solely responsible for your tax filings, compliance, and decisions. Always consult a qualified professional (for example, a chartered accountant, tax adviser, or attorney) before relying on any result from the Services.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or in a way that infringes others’ rights.
- Attempt to probe, scan, hack, or circumvent security or usage limits.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services except as permitted by applicable law.
- Upload malware, unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to use.
- Use the Services to build a competing product, or resell access, without our written consent.
4. User content and uploads
- You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services you request.
- You represent that you have the rights to upload or submit any documents or data and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.
- We may remove content or restrict features where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services.
5. Subscriptions, fees, and trials
- Some features may be free; others may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
- Prices, billing cycles, and taxes (where applicable) are shown at checkout or in-app before you confirm.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your app store or account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store or payment provider and any additional terms we display at purchase.
6. Intellectual property
- The Services, including software, branding, designs, and content we provide (excluding your user content), are owned by Save Tax Global or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for personal or internal business planning in line with these Terms.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary materials without prior written permission.
7. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, authentication providers, cloud processing, or analytics). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or that results will meet your requirements.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted.
9. Limitation of liability
To fullest extent permitted by law:
- Save Tax Global and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
- Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) US dollars (or local equivalent), except where law forbids such a cap.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Save Tax Global and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to the Services and Terms
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
- We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, in-app or by email). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or for operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where consumers cannot waive certain rights in their home country—in which case, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory protections.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with mandatory local dispute rules, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
14. General
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Save Tax Global regarding the subject matter here and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
