If you are signed in to Shrixa on Android:
Completing this flow removes your Firebase Authentication account and is the primary way to delete your account from the app.
If you cannot use the app (for example, you lost access to your device) or you prefer email, send a request from the email address associated with your account (if any):

Subject line: Account deletion request — Shrixa
Include: your registered phone number or email used with Shrixa, and (if known) your Firebase UID or a screenshot of your profile screen. We use this only to verify ownership before deletion.
Alternatively, you may also write to hello@savetaxglobal.in with the same subject line; privacy requests are routed to the same team.
After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymise your account and associated personal data held by Save Tax Global for the Shrixa service where technically feasible and where required by applicable law, including:
Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law requires (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records) or in backup systems until overwritten; see our Privacy Policy (retention section).
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Complex cases may take longer; we will confirm receipt by email when you contact us via the addresses above.
